Preferred Consideration of Application of Teachers Who Lose Employment Because of the Curtailment of a Catholic School
Teachers who lose employment because of the curtailment of a Catholic school of the Diocese and who apply for employment in other Catholic schools of the Diocese shall be given preferred consideration over all other applicants for the same positions, provided they have the qualifications required for the positions desired.
