The Office of Worship serves all of God’s people in the Diocese of Belleville. We work to enrich the faith of the people who comprise the Catholic Church of southern Illinois. 

The mission statement of our diocese describes the Church of southern Illinois as a “community of believers, rich in tradition and diversity.” As a part of that ‘community,’ the Office of Worship exists to support the efforts of our bishop and to respond to the needs of the pastors and lay faithful in the diocese recognizing and rejoicing in the various cultures and traditions that exist. With a desire to be faithful to the traditions of the Church, we strive to serve as a source of ongoing formation of both mind and heart in the liturgical celebrations, seminars and resources we provide.
