INSTRUCTION
Instructional Services - Equipment, Books, Materials
When disposing of textbooks provided to students under Article 18 105ILCS 5/18-17 Loan of Secular Textbooks of the Illinois School Code, the school administrator must follow all regulations established by the State Board of Education. In addition, the administrator must dispose of books in a way that avoids any monetary benefit to the school or to any institution or individual connected to the school directly or indirectly.
