Discontinuance of Position of DRE/CRE in a Parish
Every parish in the Diocese of Belleville must have a Catechetical Leader. Pastors or Administrators may not make plans to discontinue the Director of Religious Education or Coordinator of Religious Education position. If a parish intends to cease the position of DRE/CRE, it must notify the Office of Education.
