Child Protection Policy

An Employment Agreement shall not be binding on Parish School unless and until Candidate/Employee shall furnish to the satisfaction of the Principal and/or Diocesan Office of Education, the following:

  • Completed Diocesan Application
  • The proper License for the position to be held.
  • An Official Transcript showing the educational record and training of Employee
  • Complete Background Check
  • Verification of attendance at an Initial Child Protection Training Meeting or if completed then the Refresher Course
  • Child Abuse and Neglect Tracking System form – CANTS
  • Fingerprint Background Screening with Accurate Biometrics
