       Father Zwilling started off the session with five minutes of silence, in church, to see where your mind takes you.  Participants gave examples of what they did or what they were thinking.  We went back into the meeting room for the continuation of the discussion on devotions.

Carefully examine the readings for the next two Sundays and determine:

     1.  Where would you pause?

     2.  What words would you "punch?'

     3.  What words would you have to "chop up" into parts in order to pronounce correctly?

     4.  Find "because"; "to", "for", "forever"

 

Required Reading(s): 

  • Look for handbooks, manuals, instruction materials in your parish for lectors and spend some time (unspecified) reading.  Think of how these materials would provide guidance for lectors.
