BUSINESS AND NON-INSTRUCTIONAL OPERATIONS

Lifelong Catechesis/Faith Formation in Parishes

 “The parish is the preeminent place for the catechesis of adults, youth, and children” (National Directory for Catechesis p.254). In accordance with the National Directory for Catechesis, each parish or parish cluster shall have a parish catechetical plan that “reflects the priority of adult catechesis” (National Directory for Catechesis p.255). The parish catechetical plan and accompanying efforts should be in harmony with the catechetical goals and objectives of the diocese” (National Directory for Catechesis p.255).
